The sequel to The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland is coming out in a mere 12 days--October 2nd! It is called The Girl Who Fell Beneath Fairyland and Led the Revels There. (You can pre-order it at that link!)

I will be on tour for all of October! And coming to a whole bunch of places I've never been before! (And some familiar stops.) So you should definitely try to come out--also it's lonely without an audience!

This is where I'll be. I hope to see you there!

OH WAIT. At the St. Louis and Collegeville stops? s00j will be joining me for one of our classic amazing reading concerts! We haven't been able to do one of these on the road together since Palimpsest, so do not miss this chance!

So happy to see you will be in Boston!

Edited at 2012-09-20 03:41 pm (UTC)

Glad to hear that you will be coming to Pandemonium :) I will bring my six-year-old. We are reading the first book at night before bed, so we should hopefully be done by then and can pick up the second book! We are enjoying it greatly and I am having to strongly resist the urge to read ahead after he is asleep :)

So excited! You're coming practically to my house!! Will see you in October and will see if I can bring the little girls next door, whom I've read your book to.

So excited you're coming to Chicago! I'm a bit confused, though--the Facebook page for the Book Cellar event matches your date of Oct. 12, but if I check their website, they've got you on Saturday the 13th?

It's definitely the 12th, I'm in Nashville on the 13th...

Squeeeee! I was scrolling through the list, sniffing "Why doesn't anybody ever come to OMAHA??? You go to Cheyenne but you don't stop in OMHA???" AND THEN I SAW IT!!! I am so excited!!! I will BE THERE!!!

Yay! I asked for Omaha specifically, given the Fairyland connection.

I hope you have an amazing tour! :) I'll be in Ohio at OVFF while you're at the story festival.

any chance you'll get to N. California at some point? it would be lovely to see you if you do.

and best on the publication and the tour!

Since the last tour was all west coast, I'm doing other parts of the country this time. Next time, I'm sure!

Have an excellent tour!

(Darn it, I thought you'd have a San Francisco Bay Area stop so I didn't try to connect at Chicon. Saw you a few times, like at the Vixy & Tony concert, where Michelle Sagara and I were quietly blah-blah-ing. Oh, well. Next time!)

Can't wait to see you! We even might be able to make both appearances.

You are coming to StLouis!
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

If you need anything while you're here, let me know.

Will you add more dates? The Pacific Northwest misses you!

Grrr. Won't be able to make it to PA, but have a fantastic tour.

How are your stops decided? Is there a good way to request somewhere like Atlanta? I would think it's a big enough city, but it seems like the only time we get people coming through is for DragonCon and maybe the Decatur Book Festival (which, of course, I managed to end up with a migraine all through this year...) It's always struck me as odd that I never see it on author tour lists.

They're decided by the publicity team. I'm sure Atlanta is an advantageous stop, it just didn't make it on this time. I think I'm supposed to be at Decatur next year. But in the meantime, get your local indie bookstore to ping my publicist at Feiwel!
